The 1st XI just missed out on holding on for a draw when Illyas was caught with 3 balls of the game left. Bottom of the league Coleshill batted first and scored 204-9. LKCC where then restricted to 40 overs due to rain at tea, but the batsman lost the plot to the spin bowling of Coleshill's A.Stay who finished with 6-28. The 2XI where all out for 81 chasing 239 at Wraysbury.

Team selection

LKCC are back in league action this week-end plus the normal Sunday game. LKCC batted first an amassed 183 runs with good knocks by David Kornish, Jamie Ogbourne and Simon Emmerson. In reply AGS lost wickets quickly in the gloom. The Rawpindi Express Rashid (yes I have written about you) and Taj ripped out the top order.AGS made 120 runs by the end and LKCC enjoyed bowling at Club Captain Joel Barrie. We hope this becomes a regular fixture.
